DELETEDUST CLEANING LTD ("we", "us", or "our") provides StudyOrbit, an offline study planning and productivity application.

This Privacy Policy explains how StudyOrbit accesses, stores, uses, and protects information associated with your use of the application.

We are committed to transparency and giving users control over their locally stored study information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

StudyOrbit allows users to create and manage the following information:

• Optional display name and application preferences.
• Timetables, class subjects, teachers, rooms, and schedules.
• Assignments, priorities, deadlines, and completion status.
• Exam dates, subjects, locations, and preparation notes.
• Study notes and flashcards.
• Grades, course credits, GPA calculations, and attendance records.
• Pomodoro settings and study-session history.
• Countdown events and study reminders.
• Study analytics generated from locally saved records.

This information is stored locally on your device within the application's storage.

Users can manage, edit, and delete their study information using the features provided in StudyOrbit.

3. How Information Is Used

StudyOrbit uses locally stored information to provide its core functions, including:

• Organising academic schedules and tasks.
• Calculating grades and attendance.
• Tracking study sessions and progress.
• Displaying countdowns and study analytics.
• Managing flashcards and notes.
• Scheduling local study reminders.

These operations take place directly on your device.

4. Internet Access, Collection, and Sharing

StudyOrbit is designed to function without an internet connection and does not request Android's INTERNET permission.

The application does not require account registration and does not contain advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

DELETEDUST CLEANING LTD does not operate an application server that automatically receives your study records.

StudyOrbit does not automatically transmit your locally stored study information to us, advertisers, or other companies.

If you voluntarily contact support through an external email application, any information you send will be handled by your selected email provider and received by us for responding to your request.

5. Permissions and Notifications

StudyOrbit may request Android notification permission to provide local reminders and focus timer notifications.

The application also uses Android's RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permission to help restore scheduled reminders following device restarts.

Users can disable notifications through their device settings.

The application uses Android's system document picker for manually selecting backup files and save locations without requiring broad file storage permission.

6. Data Backup and Restore

StudyOrbit supports manual export and import of study records using JSON backup files.

Important: Exported JSON backups are not encrypted and may contain readable study information.

Users are responsible for choosing a secure storage location for exported backups.

If users choose to save backup files through an external cloud storage or document provider, that provider may process the files according to its own policies.

StudyOrbit does not automatically upload or host backup files.

Restoring a backup replaces the current local study records and settings. Users should review the restore confirmation before proceeding.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

StudyOrbit retains records locally until users delete them or remove the application's stored data.

Users can delete individual records or select Delete all study data in Settings.

This option deletes study records and local reminders but retains the display name and onboarding preference.

Users may modify their display name within Settings.

To remove all remaining application data, users can clear the app's storage through Android settings or uninstall the application, subject to their device's storage behaviour.

Previously exported backup files must be deleted separately from the locations where they were saved.

8. Data Security

StudyOrbit stores its working data in Android's application storage, which benefits from Android's app sandbox security.

The application does not use a remote study-data server.

Manually exported JSON backups are not encrypted. Users should secure those files appropriately and avoid sharing them with untrusted recipients.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Third-Party Services

StudyOrbit does not integrate advertising networks, third-party analytics services, or cloud synchronisation services.

Android operating system components and external email or document applications selected by the user may process information under their own privacy policies.

Google Play and device manufacturers may also process information separately in connection with software installation and device operation.

10. Children's Privacy

StudyOrbit is a general study productivity tool.

The application does not require users to register an account or provide contact information.

The application does not intentionally transmit children's study records to the developer.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide younger users when choosing external storage providers or contacting support.

11. International Data Transfers

StudyOrbit does not automatically transmit locally saved study records to DELETEDUST CLEANING LTD or to international servers.

If users voluntarily send support emails or export files to external services, those services may process information in other countries in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when StudyOrbit's functionality or applicable requirements change.

Any updates will be reflected in the published policy with a revised effective date, and the in-app privacy information will be aligned accordingly.
